Columbia River Studies Staff
The staff for the first year of the class consisted of an interdisciplinary team of four teachers from Stevenson High School, Skamania County, Washington.
Carol Collins--physics, chemistry, geology, technology
Marianne Keddington-Lang--writing, research, literature, history
Don McAndie--biology, forestry, field studies
Pam McAndie--mathematics, physics, technology
Two teachers, Marianne Keddington-Lang and Pam McAndie, spent every day with students and were responsible for most of the day-to-day planning and grading. They relied on science teachers Carol Collins and Don McAndie to help out on field trips and in-class experiments. The class is now in its third year, with Pam McAndie being the lead teacher and having day-to-day responsibility for curriculum.
