In 1950, 80 year-old Elmer P. Dodd, the "Father of McNary Dam," put together four volumes of scrapbooks, now held in the Hermiston Public Library. The following list is a sampling of the Dodd Scrapbooks in Hermiston. Mr. Dodd's papers are held by the Oregon Historical Society.
