Moved to Umatilla in the 1970s. Family came to the area to work in agricultural production

Grew up in Hermiston. Employed at Umatilla Army Depot for nearly 20 years

Roy Gunsolley
Umatilla resident since 1956. Moved to the town to work for Standard Oil Company

George Hash
Umatilla resident since the 1950s. Moved to the town to teach school. Mayor of Umatilla in 1999

Gloria Lampkin and Ernabel Mittelsdorf
Both women came to the area in the 1940s and worked together at McNary Dam for many years

Sam Nobles
Family came to Umatilla in 1943. Family owned a farm

Language Department, Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation. Family comes from Umatilla area
