Thousands of Dollars
Have been spent by ranchers trying to irrigate their land from wells.
It can be done if you strike water, but in the end it will cost you more per acre than if you buy land already irrigated from us.
If you install your own machinery, buy pipe and go to all the other expense necessary, you have to pay cash on the nail for everything.
If You Buy of Us
You need much less cash money and you will have funds left to carry you until you sell your crops. You will need it.
We Sell Irrigated Land
On small payments because we recognize that settlers in a new country need their money for building and to carry them over until their land pays them a revenue. We would rather have actual settlers than purchasers who buy on speculation.
Very few people have a correct idea how much money is required to install an individual irrigation system for a farm. Many have attempted it and had to abandon it because the expense was much greater than they had estimated. Others have spent thousands of dollars and have not yet irrigated a single acre.
These things you can see with your own eyes if you look over the country. You save money now and in the end by buying land under a well-constructed system.
If you prefer to install your own irrigation system we can sell you suitable tracts of all sizes from 40 acres to 4,000 acres. Because we got 39,000 acres direct from the Northern Pacific railroad, we can sell these lands cheap---cheaper than you can buy other lands.
We would much rather sell you irrigated land because it is to our interest to see you succeed. Every successful tract adds value to our lands, while money spent without getting results does not help the country.
