Working with the Center for Columbia
River History allows me to combine my interests in history and
education with my commitment to making scholarly research relevant
and accessible to communities beyond the academy. I am interested in facilitating creative
and inclusive ways of learning history.
As someone with deep
roots in Oregon and Washington, I am delighted to be back in
the Pacific Northwest and draw strength and inspiration from
its communities, people and landscape. This picture is really old, by the way.
